MARAH SMITH - RYT, Pilates Instructor and Craft Kombucha Brewer

Marah was born in South Africa and left for New York in 2003. After attending Touro College in NYC and receiving a degree in Business Management she began her professional fitness career with the Bikram Choudhury Franchise. During the years of teaching fitness, Marah opened and ran her Kombucha brewery in Johannesburg, South Africa for 3 years. Marah settled in Rochester, NY a year ago and has created an online platform to support you in natural wellness. Her classes incorporates Pranayama Breathing and carries a flare for all her passions in natural wellness. The Inferno Pilates technique focuses on core stability.
